A modern, minimalist design fits perfectly into its surroundings, which continue the understated theme through large pavers and expanses of lawn. The project included the preparation of a new foundation for this white, airy interior, as well as new framing and walls, a new roof, new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a new living room. The same wood flooring in every room connects the home’s different spaces, while large windows, sliding glass doors, and a kitchen absent a run of upper cabinets makes for an uncluttered look and a seamless blend between the interior and exterior spaces.
